Many firms will be focused on other matters of importance, but we believe that first and foremost a member of Congress’s website should be dedicated to communicating most effectively with his constituents. Our standard set of features is built around this philosophy.
Content Management System
We believe in keeping things simple and elegant. Our philosophy is built on the understanding that each Member’s staff needs to be able to update the website at a moment’s notice, and that means not waiting on a programmer. With this core principle in mind, we created our proprietary CMS, which is custom built and adapted for each website. It is powerful, yet easy to use, and you can access it anywhere securely from the House network or with a House VPN Connection.
Update the Member’s position on energy, add a press release and write a blog post all with a few clicks. Drag and drop in a new image to be included with the new page. Tag press releases to an Issue. View all of the tour and scheduling request submissions from the website. It’s all right here.

Blog
A Congressional office needs a robust, full‐featured blog application. Our blog design incorporates and supports the use of category tags, RSS feeds, archives, commenting and search. Users can also view an archive of posts by date and by author. Staff can moderate the comments or turn comments off. Unlike other vendors, we recognize the importance of blogs and include it as a standard feature.
But that’s not all. Our CMS allows you to tag a blog post with an Issue as well, which can be displayed on that specific Issue page to keep it fresh with new content.
Social Bookmarking
Allow your visitors to share their find with friends. Your fans can spread the news using ten different social networks. They can also email a friend the link right from within the browser.
Interactive Map
The Prosper Group can design an interactive map that will allow you to highlight just how committed your Representative is to each community in his district. Use this to provide a portal to local county government or simply provide demographic information. We can also integrate Google Maps to track events in the district.
Photo Gallery
Show off how you are reaching out using a dynamic photo gallery. Visitors can advance though galleries with ease and tag galleries to issues or geographic areas to make them easier to find.
Surveys and Polling
Tell constituents you care what they think by asking them. Create a poll for the front page of your website to encourage interaction. You can even coordinate your franked mail with your website by referring them to an online survey. Capture their information in order to create segmented lists by issue interest.
Targeted Email
Don’t wait for your constituents to come to you. Reach out to them via email. Our system is set up to work in tandem with your website to voluntarily capture the email addresses of visitors, automatically update our database, and tag your visitors with relevant information. Use that information to send issue specific information, announcements of travel plans or even automatically email press releases or floor statements to local and national media.
